just wondering if there was anyone on here up the central coast
in the terrigal, bato bay (cant for the life of me work out how to spell it, sorry), gosford maybe even newcastle area that could point my lil sis in the right direction for some where to get some ingredients that the WAP diet mentions
and also looking for the same sort of thing for my other lil sis who is in lane cove sydney.
